• Collecting information about the technical requirements that each department must meet
• Developing and evaluating computer systems that satisfy company requirements
• Supplying resources and training required for subordinates to install and maintain new software programmes.
• Creating, managing, analyzing, and debugging IT systems
• Creating MIS documentation to facilitate efficient operations and simple system upkeep
• Ensuring the privacy of all customers, employees and company records
• Staff Management - Providing the training and resources needed for subordinates who are involved in the implementation and maintenance of new software systems is a key responsibility for MIS Executives.
• Have to plan an appropriate budget for software and hardware systems and supervises the purchase of such systems and have to balance between operational vs. economic costs of digital security systems.
