Qualifications and Skills

• Educational Background :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. A post-graduate degree or certifications in MIS, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence is a plus.

• Experience :
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an MIS, data analysis, preferably within the food service, QSR, Restaurant, Hotel industry.
• Experience with ERP systems, POS systems, and MIS software, Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Power BI
• Understanding of bakery operations, inventory management, and sales tracking is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Management and Reporting
• Collect, validate, and maintain operational, sales, and financial data from all bakery outlets.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports related to sales, inventory, stock movements, and production.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports based on specific requests from the management team.
• Implement data validation checks to ensure data accuracy across the franchise network.
• System Maintenance and Support
• Administer and maintain the franchise's MIS software, ensuring all data is up-to-date and secure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any system issues related to data access or software malfunctions.
• Collaborate with the IT department to implement software updates and patches.
• Data Analysis and Business Intelligence
• Analyze sales trends, inventory levels, and customer preferences to identify actionable insights.
• Provide recommendations based on data trends to improve product offerings, inventory management, and marketing strategies.
• Develop dashboards and data visualization tools to help stakeholders understand key metrics.
• Process Improvement and Automation
• Continuously assess business processes to identify opportunities for improvement through automation or system upgrades.
• Assist in the design and implementation of new MIS-related processes or features that improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
