Job Description

Data Management : Collect, organize, and maintain large datasets related to sales, inventory, customer behavior, and other relevant metrics using database management systems.

Reporting and Analysis : Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales trends, customer demographics, and product performance.

System Development and Integration : Collaborate with IT teams to develop and customize MIS tools, software applications, and databases tailored to the specific needs of the e-commerce luxury fashion industry.

Forecasting and Planning : Use historical data and statistical models to forecast future trends in sales, demand, and inventory levels. Assist in strategic planning and decision-making processes by providing accurate projections and recommendations.

Quality Assurance : Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of data by implementing data validation processes, quality control measures, and data governance policies. Regularly audit databases and systems to identify and rectify discrepancies.

Training and Support : Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on how to effectively use MIS tools and systems. Offer guidance and troubleshooting assistance to resolve technical issues and optimize user experience.

Continuous Improvement : Keep abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and methodologies in MIS, data analytics, and e-commerce to continuously improve processes and stay ahead of the competition.

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
