Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and ensure the accuracy of internal report data.
• Provide timely and accurate data reports to various teams, including clients, IR, and moderators.
• Develop, monitor, and update Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to enhance business performance.
• Analyze and troubleshoot existing Business Intelligence (BI) reports to ensure smooth and accurate updates for acquisition, engagement, and onboarding metrics.
• Collaborate with various teams to understand their requirements and create customized BI reports.
• Connect reports with different data sources during IT team migrations to new databases.
• Identify and resolve errors in data tables to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
Education: • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
Skills: • Proficiency in Power BI.
• Experience with Google Looker analysis.
• Familiarity with Tableau.
• Strong SQL knowledge.
