: MIS Executive

Company: LEADSPACE (Outdoor Advertising)

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad

Salary: 18,000 to 25,000 INR per month

Experience: Minimum 1 year in Outdoor Advertising industry preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports for the Planning Department.
• Collect, compile, and analyze data from various sources to generate meaningful insights and reports.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all reports generated.
• Create dashboards and presentations for senior management to facilitate decision-making.
• Monitor and track outdoor advertising campaigns, including performance metrics and budget utilization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant data and ensure seamless flow of information.
• Identify areas for process improvement and recommend technological solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection regulations.
• Provide training and support to team members on MIS tools and processes as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, MIS, Statistics, or related field.
• Proven experience as an MIS Executive or similar role, preferably in outdoor advertising.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros) and other MIS tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of advertising planning processes and industry trends is advantageous.
