Job Title: MIS Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our team. The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing and analyzing data, generating reports, and supporting decision-making processes across departments. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and experience with Management Information Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compile and analyze data from various departments to create detailed reports.
• Maintain and update the MIS database on a regular basis.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with departments to understand reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to assist in decision-making.
• Automate repetitive tasks and reporting processes to improve efficiency.
• Prepare ad hoc reports as needed by management.
• Ensure data security and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Business, IT, or related fields).
• 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in data management or MIS.
• Proficient in MS Excel (Advanced Excel skills such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis tools are essential).
• Data Analytics skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
