Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented

MIS Executive

to join our

Accounts & Finance Department

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial data, generating reports, and supporting the finance team with analysis and insights. This role is critical for ensuring accurate, timely, and actionable financial reporting that supports business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial MIS reports for management review. Compile data related to income, expenses, budgeting, receivables, payables, and other financial indicators. Reconcile financial data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness. Automate reporting and data consolidation processes to enhance efficiency. Support in preparing dashboards, variance analysis, and forecasting reports. Coordinate with accounts, audit, and finance teams to gather necessary data for reporting. Assist in monitoring compliance with internal financial controls and policies. Generate reports required for statutory audits, tax filing, and financial reviews. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial information.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in MIS, preferably in a finance or accounting environment. Strong proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts, etc.). Experience with accounting software/ERP systems (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks). Solid understanding of accounting and financial principles. Good communication skills and ability to work across departments. High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
