We are looking for an efficient and detail-oriented

MIS Executive

to join our team at

Halcyon Technologies

. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our project data, assisting in smooth execution of HVAC, MEP, and Fire Fighting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update project-related data in MIS systems. Prepare reports and dashboards to track project progress. Ensure timely and accurate data entry. Coordinate with project managers and other teams to ensure data accuracy. Assist in documentation and project-related communication.

Requirements:

Good typing speed (30-40 WPM) with high accuracy. Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and data management tools. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Previous experience in project data management or similar roles is a plus.
