Job Description

Position Overview:

The MIS Executive will manage data, generate meaningful

reports, and support the organization with actionable insights

related to Sales, Service, Spares, and Portals. The role

involves working closely with data analytics to help guide key

decisions and ensure operational efficiency across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain comprehensive MIS reports,

dashboards, and databases to track key performance

metrics across Sales, Service, Spares, and Portals.

2. Perform data analytics to identify trends, variances, and

opportunities in operations, providing data-driven

recommendations.

3. Work with large datasets and use advanced Excel/Google

Sheets functions like Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and

COUNTIF to conduct thorough analysis.

4. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports, presenting

data and insights clearly to management.

5. Provide insights and actionable recommendations based

on data analysis, supporting Sales, Service, and Spares

optimization.

6. Collaborate with various departments to understand their

needs and create tailored data solutions.

7. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across

reporting systems.

8. Maintain and track performance through various portals

(such as Tata Motors' dealer portal, spares portals, service

portals, and other platforms used for vendor

management), ensuring timely updates and reporting.

9. Assist with automating data reporting processes to

improve efficiency and reduce manual work.

Desired Skills and Experience:

? Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in

Commerce, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a

related field.

? Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in MIS or a

similar role.

? Technical Skills:

? Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, with in-depth

knowledge of data analytics functions like:

? Pivot Tables

? VLOOKUP, COUNTIF, COUNT, COUNTA

? Conditional Formatting, Data Validation,

and more.

? Experience working with various portals (such as

Tata Motors' dealer or service management portals,

and spares portals).

? Ability to work with and analyze large datasets for

decision-making.

? Soft Skills:

? Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.

? Excellent communication skills for presenting data

insights effectively.

? Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet

deadlines without compromising on quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?11,242.57 - ?26,906.92 per month
