Position Overview:-
The MIS (Management Information System) Executive manages and analyses data to support organizational decision-making. This role involves collecting, maintaining, and ensuring data accuracy, generating reports, and implementing systems that improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Data Management and Reporting:
• Collect, compile, and analyze data from various sources.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies in reporting.
• System Management:
• Manage and maintain the organization's MIS infrastructure.
• Collaborate with IT to develop and enhance systems for better reporting.
• Monitor and ensure the smooth functioning of software tools and applications.
• Analysis and Decision Support:
• Perform trend analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Provide insights into key business areas through data interpretation.
• Support various departments by delivering ad hoc reports and analysis.
• Database Management:
• Maintain databases, ensure regular backups, and perform routine checks for consistency.
• Develop and implement data entry procedures to ensure data integrity.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Automate repetitive tasks and reporting processes using tools like Excel,
• Compliance and Documentation:
• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards in data management.
• Document MIS procedures, workflows, and guidelines.
Skills and Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree in related field
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in MIS or a similar role.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel and Word),Google sheet.
• Knowledge of database tools (CRM)
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret and analyze complex data.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
