Key Responsibilities:Data Collection and Analysis: Gather data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and other systems., Cleanse and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency. Analyze data using statistical techniques and data mining tools. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data.Report Generation: Design and develop comprehensive reports, dashboards, and scorecards. Visualize data effectively using charts, graphs, and other data visualization techniques. Present findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain the organization's MIS systems and databases. Troubleshoot system issues and implement solutions. Stay updated with the latest technology trends and industry best practices.Business Analysis: Collaborate with business users to understand their reporting needs. Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.Project Management: Manage MIS projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel). Knowledge of database management systems. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.M.
