Role: Data Analyst/MIS Executive

Experience: More than 3 years

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Management

• Centralize data from all warehouses and maintain updated databases with accurate records.
• Create and manage dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations.
• Ensure seamless data flow and integration between warehouse management systems and HO reporting systems.

2. Collaboration with Warehouses

• Act as the primary point of contact for data-related queries from warehouse managers.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely submission and validation of operational data.
• Standardize data collection processes across all warehouses to ensure consistency.

3. Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost optimization.
• Generate periodic performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for leadership reviews.
• Provide actionable insights to improve inventory accuracy, turnaround time, and delivery performance.

4. Process Improvement

• Proactively suggest improvements in data management and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with IT and warehouse teams to implement advanced tools for data visualization and reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
