To maintain an inventory with detailed information related to make, model, serial number, technical specifications etc..
Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive actionable recommendations for senior management.
Prepare and present comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
MIS Development and Management:
Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of MIS systems and databases to support the information needs of executive leadership.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the integrity, security, and accessibility of MIS platforms and data repositories.
Continuously evaluate and enhance MIS systems and processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and usability.
Strategic Planning Support:
Provide strategic guidance and insights to senior management based on data analysis and market intelligence.
Support the development of business strategies, goals, and objectives by providing relevant data and insights.
Contribute to strategic planning sessions and decision-making processes by offering data-driven recommendations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather data requirements and understand business needs.
Partner with IT, finance, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment of MIS initiatives with organizational objectives.
Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing.
Training and Support:
Provide training and support to executive leadership and other stakeholders on the use of MIS tools and reports.
Offer guidance and assistance in interpreting data and utilizing MIS resources to inform decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in MIS, business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role, preferably in a corporate or executive environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract meaningful insights.
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), database management systems (e.g., SQL), and statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving business outcomes through data-driven decision-making.

Previous experience working with senior executives.
