Job Title : Admin MIS Executive cum Vendor Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
MIS Reporting & Data Management :
• Prepare, manage and maintain daily weekly and monthly MIS reports for management review.
• Collect and analyse data to create insights that support decision-making.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of MIS reports.
• Maintain and update internal databases, records and systems.
Vendor Coordination :
• Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring timely procurement of materials and services.
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations, negotiations, order placements and delivery timelines.
• Maintain and update vendor database, ensuring vendor performance and compliance.
• Handle vendor queries, resolve issues and ensure smooth communication.
• Conduct periodic vendor performance reviews and provide feedback.
Administrative Responsibilities :
• Assist in day-to-day administrative functions, including documentation, filing and project supplies management.
• Support the operations and procurement team with scheduling meetings, coordinating with internal departments, and managing inventories.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative and vendor-related activities.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations and other documentation for management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience in MIS reporting and Vendor coordination.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with database management.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Skills:
• Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle vendor issues diplomatically.
Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in MIS reporting, Vendor coordination or a similar role.
• Experience in working with ERP or procurement systems is a plus.
