We're currently seeking a highly motivated MIS Executive to join our dynamic Operations Department. As a key player in our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of quality services aligns seamlessly with organizational objectives. The position involves utilizing various tech tools and platforms for research, analysis, and report preparation.

Salary Range: 1 LPA to 2.5 LPA About the company:

Anaxee is India's REACH Engine! We help Brands/OEMs and Social organizations scale across India by providing Outreach, especially in the remote parts of India, on demand. We focus on Tier-2, 3 & 4 towns & villages, covering 11000 pin codes (60%) of India through a vast network of last-mile (tech-enabled) feet-on-street (FOS) network of 40,000 Digital Runners. Responsibilities:
Understanding the procedural logic and perform the duties accordingly
Discuss and explain the errors and quality issues with the team and provide suggestions for improvement.
Working on MS Excel and other tech tools/platforms and analyzing the data, evaluating the actuals with the standards and taking corrective actions in case of deviation.
Compile and analyze statistical data and prepare MIS/Reports.
Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide relevant support.
Understand and gain expertise in the working process, guidelines, and parameters of the assigned tasks.
Requirements:
Proven Experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar role
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Excellent Analytical & problem-solving skills.
Good MS-Excel Skills, Computer & Internet knowledge.
Accuracy in Data Handling.
Knowledge of database management systems and SQL Queries.
