Designation: MIS Executive

Location: Mulund, Mumbai

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: 2 to 3 Years

Salary Range: Up to 3 LPA

Roles & Responsibility:

1. Stock Report Management:

o Maintain and update stock reports regularly.

o Reconcile stock data to ensure accuracy.

o Generate periodic stock analysis and reports for management review.

2. Excel Expertise:

o Utilize advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and

conditional formatting for efficient data management and reporting.

o Ensure data accuracy and maintain reporting standards.

3. Factory Visits:

o Visit the factory 2-3 times a month to verify stock records and address

discrepancies.

o Coordinate with factory teams for on-ground stock verification and updates.

4. Coordination with Store Department:

o Collaborate with the store department to ensure smooth data sharing and

accurate stock updates.

o Address stock-related queries and discrepancies effectively.

5. Documentation and Record-Keeping:

o Organize and maintain all stock-related records systematically.

o Support internal audits and compliance requirements by providing relevant

data and reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

? Proficiency in MS Excel with strong command over functions like VLOOKUP and

Pivot Tables.

? Attention to detail and accuracy in managing data.

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with teams.

? Ability to manage tasks efficiently and adhere to deadlines.
