Hours: Monday - Friday, up to 45 (some hours outside of this as required)
Work hours: EST shift (6:00 pm to 03:00 am). It will be a fixed shift.
Location: Office 801, 8th Floor, Cerebrum IT Park- B3, Kalyani Nagar, Pune, 411014
Length: Permanent position, with three-month probation period
Salary: Upto INR 4,70,000/- per annum

Job brief:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Management Information System Executive based in Pune. The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing and analyzing information systems, preparing MIS reports, ensuring accurate and timely data reporting, and coordinating with various departments. The role will also involve effective communication and teamwork to support the organization's goals and objectives.
Key skills:
Excel, power point, Microsoft office, Microsoft 365, Macros, communication skills, critical thinking, attention to detail, market research techniques, industry knowledge
Requirements and skills:
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in information systems management
Experience in developing and preparing MIS reports (Microsoft power point).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for MIS reporting and data analysis.
Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with different departments.
Understanding of data security and confidentiality
Relevant certifications or degree in Information Systems or related field
Responsibilities:
Graduate in any discipline.
1 to 6 years of relevant experience are needed.
Proven experience in market research, data analysis or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive meaningful insights.
