Key Responsibilities:
MIS Executive Duties:
• Data Management: Collect, compile, and analyze data related to hotel operations, including reservations, occupancy rates, revenue, and customer feedback.
• Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management, providing insights and recommendations for improving operational efficiency and profitability.
• System Maintenance: Maintain and update the hotel's Management Information System (MIS), ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in the development of strategies to enhance hotel performance.
• Database Management: Ensure the accuracy and security of databases, regularly performing data backups and recovery operations.
• Trend Analysis: Identify trends and patterns in data to support business planning and strategy development.
Sales Coordinator Duties:
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team in managing client inquiries, preparing proposals, and coordinating sales activities.
• Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions and support.
• Coordination: Work closely with various departments to ensure smooth operations and successful execution of events and bookings.
• Follow-ups: Conduct follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.
• Reporting: Generate sales reports and assist in forecasting and planning sales strategies.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in MIS software and hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio, etc.).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with database management and reporting tools.
• Sales Skills: Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with different departments.
