Major Deliverables
• Maintain accurate employee records and handle HR documentation.
• Manage employee records, including personal information, employment history data.
• Coordinate and conduct onboarding processes for new hires.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on various HR metrics such as attendance, absenteeism, left out cases.
• Assist with payroll administration and timekeeping systems.
• Coordinate with vendors related to uniform procurement and payment.
• Conduct regular HR audits.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations regarding HR data. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of HR processes and procedures.
Essential Attributes & Experience
• 2-4 years of experience in HR data management, MIS, or a related role.
• Proficiency in HR software/Data management system.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
