Job Description

Data Management:

• Collect and maintain data from various departments like production, inventory, and sales.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data entered into company systems.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, including production output, sales trends, and inventory status.
• Analyze data trends to provide actionable insights to management.

System Operations:

• Maintain and troubleshoot ERP/MIS software used by the organization.
• Develop and automate routine reports for efficiency.

Process Optimization:

• Assist in identifying bottlenecks and recommend solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing relevant data insights.

Documentation and Compliance:

• Maintain documentation of all data processes and system configurations.
• Ensure compliance with data security and confidentiality standards.

Coordination:

• Act as a liaison between IT, operations, and other departments to facilitate smooth data flow.
• Train end-users on MIS tools and reporting systems as required.

Qualifications and Skills:Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

• 2 4 years of experience in an MIS or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing setup.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of database management (SQL) is an advantage.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Timeliness and accuracy of reports generated.
