MIS ExecutiveAccount Management \xe2\x80\x93 Work Dynamics (region/country)What this job involves:Being on top of facilities and operations costsBalancing the planned budget and actual costs requires extensive financial knowledge\xe2\x80\x94that\xe2\x80\x99s why we\xe2\x80\x99re on the lookout for a MIS expert who can get the job done flawlessly.Guided by the facility manager, you\xe2\x80\x99ll extend administrative and accounting support to both facility and engineering management teams. All invoices received from our vendors will also be on your watch\xe2\x80\x94ensuring that they are checked, verified and authenticated based on regulatory standards.Part of your daily checklist will be to work closely with our Client\xe2\x80\x99s Accounts Payable Team to guarantee the timely receipt of payments and processing of invoices within the cut-off. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also receive crucial certificates, which you will hand over to our respective vendors. In all your tasks, you should aim to meet\xe2\x80\x95and even go beyond\xe2\x80\x95the team\xe2\x80\x99s expectations.Keeping track of reports and project updatesThis role is a great opportunity to showcase your analytical skills as you\xe2\x80\x99ll be tasked to generate reports. On top of this, you\xe2\x80\x99ll also take care of data needed for making cost sheets, annual budgets and quarterly business reviews. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also manage all monthly financial, outsourcing and management reports to be submitted to the facilities manager. Also part of your scope is to handle other reports required by the team.Lending your business acumen, you\xe2\x80\x99ll advise the client on future maintenance budgets, so you\xe2\x80\x99ll need to be in tuned with the organization\xe2\x80\x99s ins and outs, goals and overall direction. Your expertise in the world of contracts would be incredibly useful, as you\xe2\x80\x99ll also get your hands on defining terms and conditions, operational scope and documents for annual maintenance contracts. Along with this, you\xe2\x80\x99ll run successful tendering exercises that will help you find the right subcontractors. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also carry out comparative analysis and make recommendations to the client on the most appropriate subcontractors.Plus, it\xe2\x80\x99s your job to develop service level agreements (SLAs) and assist our procurement experts in closing these agreements with vendors. While in the process, you\xe2\x80\x99ll consider: Is the team deployed by the vendor made up of the right resources\xe2\x80\x94in terms of level and scale\xe2\x80\x94to deliver quality services?Playing the role of a strategic operator, you will also craft annual cost-saving goals in energy usage and maintenance operations. Coordinating with specialist professionals to ensure compliance with minimum wage acts for payments and regulations falls into your hands as well.Sound like you?
