MIS Executive
Gender: Male or Female
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Qualification: Graduate in Commerce, IT, or a related field
Skills Required: Proficiency in Tally, MS Office, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)

We are looking for an experienced MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's management information system, generating reports, and providing accurate data analysis to assist in decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and analyze various reports to support management in business decisions.
• Monitor data flow and ensure accuracy in the MIS system.
• Maintain and update records using tools like Tally, MS Excel, and other software.
• Prepare and present MIS reports including financial and operational data.
• Use VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other Excel functions to analyze and present data effectively.
• Coordinate with different departments to collect data and maintain the database.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure all reports are generated on time and comply with company standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an MIS or related role.
• Graduate in Commerce, IT, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
