We are seeking a skilled MIS Executive with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Advanced Excel and experience in creating and managing MIS Dashboards to support business operations and decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

• MIS Reporting: Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly management information system (MIS) reports.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data and provide actionable insights to assist in decision-making processes.
• Dashboard Management: Develop and manage MIS dashboards that visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for various departments.
• Data Validation: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in all MIS reports.
• Report Automation: Automate recurring reports and streamline data collection processes to improve efficiency.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with different departments to understand reporting requirements and deliver accurate and timely reports.
• Support Management: Assist senior management by providing reports and insights on business performance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in MIS reporting or data analysis roles.
• Technical Skills:
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.)
• Experience in MIS Dashboard creation (preferably with tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies in data.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:

• Salary: ?18,000 - ?24,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).
