Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Management:

Gather data from various departments (sales, production, inventory, etc.) to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Report Generation:

Create and maintain various MIS reports, including sales reports, production reports, inventory reports, and performance status reports.

Data Analysis:

Analyze data trends, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights to management.

Process Improvement:

Monitor and evaluate MIS processes, suggesting improvements to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.

System Support:

Support the implementation and maintenance of MIS systems and applications.

Communication:

Communicate findings and insights to relevant stakeholders, including management and business development teams.
Skills and Qualifications:

Strong analytical skills:

Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.

Data management skills:

Experience in collecting, cleaning, and managing large datasets.

Report writing skills:

Proficiency in creating clear, concise, and informative reports using tools like MS Excel.

MS Office proficiency:

Advanced skills in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.) are often required.

Communication skills:

Ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to various audiences.

Problem-solving skills:

Ability to identify and resolve issues related to data accuracy and system performance.

Understanding of the jewelry industry:

Familiarity with jewelry manufacturing processes, sales cycles, and inventory management.
