Your key deliverables will be to: \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for Submission of MIS & Reports as agreed with Clients to respective stakeholders \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparation and submission of Monthly MMR taking input from each department \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing daily reports for Overview \xe2\x80\xa2 Tracking, Assigning and Closures of PPM in evolution \xe2\x80\xa2 Imprest handling at site \xe2\x80\xa2 To coordinate with Account Lead for maintaining various trackers maintained at site. \xe2\x80\xa2 To coordinate with various section heads for following up for closing pending Complaints and preparing reports for delay in closing. \xe2\x80\xa2 To maintain record of various communication with external bodies and monitor them for reminders on case basis. \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other task / responsibility assigned by the management time to time Bringing maximum value through excellent service delivery Beyond daily activity, your ultimate focus is to provide professional, value-focused service that helps us meet\xe2\x80\x94and go beyond\xe2\x80\x94the client\xe2\x80\x99s expectations. You\xe2\x80\x99ll will coordinate with the HR department and the Operations Team -. You\xe2\x80\x99ll prepare and review the preventive maintenance register on a monthly basis and update to operations manager. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also liaise with our Finance team and that of the client\xe2\x80\x99s for client billing and invoicing. You will also be in touch with the client representatives for the payments. Possess the ability to collate information into the system and maintain it in the record books. Qualifications \xe2\x80\xa2 You will have a Degree / Diploma with relevant educational background in with min 2-3 years of Service Expectations: \xe2\x80\xa2 Accurate MIS reports presentation on time. \xe2\x80\xa2 Accurate billing and invoicing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Tracking of all reports .Sound like you?
