Job Title: MIS Specialist

Location: Surat, Gujarat (GIDC, Sachin, Surat)

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Salary Range: ?25,000 - ?35,000 per month (negotiable up to ?3,000)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Conduct detailed analysis across various parameters, including purchase, sales, profit and loss, production, stock, gross and net product, and ROI.
• Generate and submit comprehensive reports for all departments, ensuring accuracy and timely analysis.

2. Financial and Cost Verification:

• Verify vouchers, bills, and product costing sheets.
• Analyze the balance sheet for loan and audit purposes.

3. ERP and Software Management:

• Oversee ERP implementation for accounting functions.
• Ensure data integrity and functionality within the system.

4. Cash Book and Reconciliation:

• Reconcile cash books across offices and factories, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Monitor and scrutinize production-to-dispatch bills.

5. Personal Finance Monitoring:

• Oversee the personal finance portfolio, providing regular updates and insights as needed.

Experience: 5-10 years in MIS field, preferably in the Textile Manufacturing Industry

Age Requirement: 18-30 years

Education Requirements: M.Com or equivalent

Primary Skills Needed:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables, etc.)

Additional Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
