1. Data Management & Reporting:
Collect, process, and analyze sales data from various sources (CRM systems, databases, and spreadsheets).
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to monitor performance against targets.
Prepare dashboards and visual reports for management to help in decision-making.
Track key metrics like customer acquisition, conversion rates, sales volume, and revenue.
2. Sales Analysis & Forecasting:
Conduct trend analysis to identify patterns in customer behavior and sales performance.
Help forecast sales based on historical data and market trends.
Support the sales team by providing insights to optimize campaigns and strategies.
3. CRM & Database Management:
Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
