Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated MIS Executive to manage and streamline the company's Management Information Systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for compiling data, generating reports, analyzing operational metrics, and supporting the management in decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Data Management:
• Collect, compile, and analyze data from multiple sources (operations, logistics, finance, and sales).
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases.
• Reporting:
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as per company requirements.
• Develop dashboards and automated reporting systems to improve efficiency.
• System Coordination:
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends and patterns.
• Technology Utilization:
• Work with ERP and other management tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve MIS-related issues promptly.
• Documentation:
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of all reports and data for audits and reviews.
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for MIS tasks.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of experience in MIS or a similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel (advanced knowledge of pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros).
• Knowledge of database management tools and ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
