Job description

Experience:

• Minimum 1-2 years
• Well versed in advanced MS Excel (Knowledge of Vlookup, Pivot and Shortcut keys)
• Working with any accounting software.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Data Management: Collect, organize, and maintain large datasets related to telecom operations, including customer data, network performance, and service metrics.

Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as network uptime, customer satisfaction, and revenue trends.

Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform strategic decisions and improve operational efficiency.

Database Management: Maintain and update telecom databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity at all times.

Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time monitoring of key metrics, providing actionable insights to management
