Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Collect, organize, and maintain data from various departments (sales, inventory, production, and finance).
• Design, generate, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the bakery.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports for management, highlighting important insights, trends, and anomalies.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track operational metrics such as sales, inventory levels, production schedules, and expenses.
• Ensure the timely update of databases and reports, and automate report generation wherever possible to improve efficiency.
• Maintain and update the bakery's management information systems (software) with relevant data.
Qualifications:
• 2-4 years of experience in an MIS or data analysis role, preferably in the FMCG, bakery, or food industry.
• Experience with ERP systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different teams.
• Attention to detail and a strong focus on data accuracy.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

• Weekend availability
