Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management:
• Collect, process, and maintain data from various sources.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems.
• Develop and manage databases and data storage solutions.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for various departments and management.
• Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to support business strategies.
• Create dashboards and visualizations to represent data effectively.
• System Maintenance:
• Monitor and maintain reporting app / software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure data security and system reliability.
• Process Improvement:
• Implement best practices to enhance data management and reporting efficiency.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with other departments to understand their data needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Documentation and Training:
• Maintain detailed documentation of data processes, systems, and procedures.
• Provide training and support to staff on the use of MIS app / software.

Qualifications:

• Education: Any graduate
• Experience: Previous experience as MIS Executive or in a related field is preferred.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
