Job Title: Sales MIS cum Secretary

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales MIS cum Secretary to support the Managing Director (MD) and Executive Director (ED) of SP Retail Ventures Ltd. The ideal candidate will manage sales data reporting, oversee key administrative duties, and ensure smooth communication between departments. This dual role requires strong analytical skills for sales reporting and organizational skills for managing the day-to-day secretarial tasks for senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
MIS and Reporting:
1. Sales Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and maintain sales data from various departments (COCO, LFS, LFD, Wholesale, and E-commerce).
2. Monthly Reports: Prepare comprehensive monthly and quarterly sales reports, summarizing key sales performance indicators (KPIs) for MD and ED.
3. Trend Analysis: Provide insights on sales trends, growth percentages, and performance metrics to support decision-making.
4. Data Accuracy: Ensure accuracy in sales data entries and maintain high standards of data hygiene.
5. CRM & ERP Systems: Manage and utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to generate and track sales reports.
Secretarial and Administrative Support:
1. Calendar Management: Organize and manage the MD and ED's schedules, ensuring optimal time management and coordination of appointments.
2. Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and necessary follow-ups.
3. Correspondence: Handle and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication on behalf of the MD and ED.
4. Document Preparation: Draft and edit presentations, reports, and official documents as per the instructions of the MD and ED.
5. Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for domestic and international business trips.
Sales Support:
1. Sales Documentation: Assist in creating sales proposals, presentations, and agreements for senior management.
2. Team Communication: Liaise between the MD/ED and sales teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on sales strategies.
3. Follow-up on Sales Actions: Track key actions from sales meetings and ensure timely execution by the sales teams.
4. Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive sales and business information.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the retail or apparel industry.
3. MIS Expertise: Strong proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and experience with ERP/CRM systems.
4. Organizational Skills: Excellent multitasking abilities and strong attention to detail.
5. Communication Skills: Fluent in English & Hindi, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
6. Time Management: Proven ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks efficiently.
7. Confidentiality: Trustworthy and discreet when handling confidential matters.
8. Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills to interact with senior management and external partners.
9. Tech-Savvy: Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
