• Ensuring data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and checks.
• Report Generation:
• Generating daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports summarizing warehouse operations, inventory levels, throughput, and other relevant metrics.
• Creating ad-hoc reports as requested by management or other departments.
• Analysis and Insights:
• Analyzing data trends and providing actionable insights to improve warehouse efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize inventory management.
• Presenting findings and recommendations to the management team.
• Presentation Preparation:
• Developing presentations based on MIS reports and analysis for management meetings, operational reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
• Ensuring presentations are clear, visually appealing, and effectively communicate key messages.
• Timely Submission of MIS:
• Ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports are prepared accurately and submitted on time to the sales team and senior management.
• Adhering to deadlines and maintaining a schedule for report generation and distribution.
• Email Correspondence:
• Handling email correspondence related to MIS reports, including responding to queries from customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
• Providing clarification on data points, addressing concerns, and ensuring timely responses.
• System Maintenance and Improvement:
• Collaborating with IT teams to maintain and improve MIS systems, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the warehouse and other departments.
