We Are Currently Seeking for a Skilled and Motivated MIS Executive with a Strong Technical Background and expertise in a wide range of tools and technologies Such As : 1. Google Looker Studio*: Proficient in creating interactive dashboards and reports to visualize data effectively. 2. *Google Sheets*: Advanced capabilities in managing data, using formulas, and creating complex spreadsheets. 3. *Advanced G Suite*: In-depth knowledge of Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms) for collaboration and productivity. 4. *Google Apps Script*: Ability to write scripts to automate tasks, integrate services, and enhance the functionality of Google Workspace. 5. *Excel Advanced*: Expertise in advanced Excel functions, pivot tables, macros, and data analysis. 6. *Microsoft 365*: Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and cloud services. 7.Power Automate and Power Apps*: Proficiency in automating workflows and creating custom business applications. 8.Data Visualization*: Expertise in tools like Power BI for creating interactive and insightful dashboards. 9.Data Analytics and Programming*: Proficiency in data analysis, cleaning, structuring, and mining, as well as programming for automation and feature engineering. Responsibilities :
- Develop, maintain, and manage reporting and dashboards in Google Looker Studio.
- Utilize Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
- Automate repetitive tasks and improve workflow efficiency using Google Apps Script.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy across Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Develop and manage automated workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Able to implement FMS workflows and IMS systems.
- apply Knowledge of business automation systems such as Project Management System, Inventory Management system and Flow Management System
- Proven experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong technical skills in the mentioned tools and technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and visualize complex data.
