Roles and Responsibilities:
• Regularly follow up with the sales team for updates on targets, pending payments, and monthly expenses.
• Calculate monthly expenses and incentives for the sales team based on target achievements and company policy.
• Prepare and maintain Excel sheets such as monthly sales tracking, outstanding payment tracking, and expense tracking sheets.
• Ensure accurate data tracking and maintenance for informed decision-making by the management.
• Monitor pending actions, highlight discrepancies, and assist management in addressing operational challenges.
• Prepare presentations and visual reports to support management reviews.
Key Skills and Requirements:
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, and Dashboard Creation).
• Must have experience in sales Coordination
• Capable of analyzing data and assisting in strategic decisions.
• Strong verbal and written communication for effective discussions with the team and management.
