Design, develop, and implement computer systems according to user needs and business objectives.
Analyze IT systems and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and recommend upgrades or changes.
Manage data security, backup procedures, and disaster recovery plans.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues faced by internal users.
Provide technical support and training to staff on new software and systems.
Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies.
Assist with the selection, procurement, and installation of new hardware and software.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date IT documentation.
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure IT systems meet their needs.

Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar MIS role.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with ticketing systems and network management tools (a plus)
