- Data Management:
- Maintain and update databases related to electric bus operations, including vehicle tracking, maintenance records, and performance metrics.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and completeness through regular audits and validation processes.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Develop reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
- Analyze data trends, anomalies, and variances to identify areas for improvement and operational efficiencies.
- Data Matching Techniques:
- Utilize advanced data matching techniques to reconcile data from multiple sources, ensuring consistency and reliability in reporting.
- Implement data deduplication processes to eliminate redundant or duplicate records and maintain data quality standards.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and finance, to gather data inputs and align reporting requirements.
- Communicate insights and findings through reports, presentations, and data-driven recommendations to support decision-making processes.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the electric bus operations, leveraging data analytics and technology solutions.
- Implement data-driven initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and overall performance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques.
- Experience in developing interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
- Strong understanding of data matching techniques, data deduplication, and data quality management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, present findings, and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Additional certifications in Excel, Power BI, or data analytics are a plus
