Key Responsibilities
• Data Management and Reporting
• Collect, analyze, and compile data from multiple sources within the organization.
• Prepare and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and visualizations for key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assist in the development and maintenance of reports for different departments (e.g., sales, finance, operations) and ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data used in decision-making processes.
• MIS System Support
• Assist in the administration and maintenance of the company's MIS database and related software systems.
• Ensure that data is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with the organization's goals.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT teams for resolution.
• Ensure smooth integration of MIS software with other organizational tools and databases.
• Process Improvement and Optimization
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve data collection, processing, and reporting procedures.
• Suggest and implement improvements to MIS processes for better efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist in the automation of routine tasks and reports to enhance productivity.
• Collaboration and Communication
• Work closely with department heads and stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams (e.g., IT) and business teams, ensuring proper system functionality and data accessibility.
• Train and support end-users on how to access and interpret reports, data, and system tools.
• Compliance and Data Security
• Ensure all data handling complies with the company's data privacy and security policies.
• Support audits and compliance checks for internal and external requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation of data processes, reports, and system configurations.
• Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution
• Respond to queries and requests from team members or departments regarding data, reports, or system functionality.
• Resolve any data discrepancies and system issues promptly and escalate when necessary.
• Skills and Qualifications
• Education : Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. (or equivalent experience)
• Experience :
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, especially in managing MIS systems or reporting functions.
• Familiarity with data management, reporting tools, and systems like Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Experience with ERP systems and data management software is a plus.
• Technical Skills :
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.), Power BI, or Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
• Familiarity with databases and query languages (e.g., SQL) for data retrieval and manipulation.
• Basic understanding of business intelligence tools and analytics platforms.
• Analytical Skills :
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and present insights clearly.
• Communication Skills :
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to present complex data in an easy-to-understand format for non-technical audiences.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to think critically and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Time Management :
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
