Key Responsibilities:
• Data Entry & Management : Inputting, updating, and maintaining records in databases or spreadsheets (mostly Excel).
Ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
• Excel Expertise : Using Excel for creating and maintaining reports, data analysis, generating charts/graphs, and creating automated spreadsheets using formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables, etc.).
• Document Preparation : Preparing documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence. Managing office files and maintaining filing systems (digital or paper).
• Office Equipment Operation : Operating office machines like printers, scanners, photocopiers, and fax machines.
Required Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: Ability to work with advanced Excel functions, such as creating and using complex formulas.
• Office Software Skills: Knowledge of MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Outlook, and other office productivity tools.
• Typing & Data Entry: Fast and accurate typing skills, with attention to detail.
