Mines Supervisor
Job Description
• Safety : Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies, and conducting regular safety meetings and training
• Operations : Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of mining site personnel, and monitoring and evaluating operational efficiency and productivity
• Maintenance : Overseeing the maintenance and repair of mining equipment
• Scheduling : Managing scheduling and allocation of resources to meet production goals
• Reporting : Reporting to senior management on site performance and challenges
• Training : Evaluating, training, and developing the workforce
• Coordination : Coordinating with maintenance and other groups to ensure the equipment is being utilized and maintained
• Compliance : Ensuring that the work is compliant with company standards and within the mine plan
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
