Description Position at Mindshare Mindshare India Overview of job Mindshare is an agency of GroupM, the world\'s largest media investment company and is a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. We are looking to hire a Director - Influencer Marketing to join us. In this role, you will be leading the advocacy narrative at Mindshare for a large cluster of brands for the largest FMCG organization in India. An individual with an entrepreneurial mindset ready to build the influencer marketing ecosystem for Mindshare working with a team of young minds specializing in the space of influencer marketing. The role entails managing and building the influencer scope for more than 20 brands allocated to you. The role entails working closely with the Lead of Influencer marketing. The 4 key pillars of the job A) Develop a strategic narrative on influencer marketing on brands being managed B) Develop and deliver first of its kind advocacy solutions for brands with a data backed approach C) Deliver scale on campaigns managed. D) Create a measurable framework on influencer marketing. Understanding of social media, digital marketing and content marketing ecosystem will be important elements to this role. Reporting of the role This role reports to: Lead Influencer Marketing 3 best things about the job: 1. A leadership role in a budding space 2. Work with some of the best and diverse set of FMCG brands in India In this role, your goals will be: In three months: To get a detailed understanding of the agency ways of working Execute campaigns impeccably from briefing to reporting on cluster of brands being managed Establish working relationships with partner agencies for the category to ensure smooth flow of operations In six months: Build strategic annual influencer marketing plans and proactive campaigns for brands under management Scale up number of campaigns and brands activating IM Isolate relevance of brands to activate IM and strategic approach to each one of them In 12 months: Build best practices for category Deliver new age influencer marketing solutions Retain and develop team Minimum qualifications: Graduate - Mandatory, Post Graduate - Preferred Minimum 5+ years\' experience Should have previously managed a team Experience in influencer marketing, Social media, and ecommerce Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Should have worked with marketing/influencer analytic tools Good inter-personal skills Understanding of media will be an advantage More about Mindshare We were born in Asia in 1997, a start up with a desire to change the media world.
