Job Description
JOB TITLE : Milling Operator
JOB LOCATION : Durg, Chhattisgarh
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Set up, operate, and monitor milling machinery to process grains such as corn, barley, rye, and wheat for use in fermentation.
• Adjust mill settings to control product output, size, and consistency based on the requirements.
• Ensure consistent feed of raw materials into the mill to optimize efficiency.
• Conduct regular quality checks on milled product to ensure consistency and adherence to production specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on milling machinery, including cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement when needed.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment in the milling area.
• Adhere to distillery guidelines for handling raw materials and chemicals.
• Monitor raw material inventory levels for milling and report when supplies are low.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of grains and other milling supplies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
