: Mill Operator - Steel Pipe Industry
Position Title : Mill Operator
Location : Raipur
Required Skills and Qualifications :
• Industry Knowledge :
• Proven experience in the steel pipe industry with expertise in operating mills for pipes of various sizes (3"-8").
• In-depth understanding of inner die, outer die , and roll profile setup for steel pipe manufacturing.
• Technical Skills :
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot pipe mill machinery effectively.
• Strong understanding of material properties, including different grades and thicknesses of steel.
• Education and Experience :
• Diploma or certification in mechanical engineering, production, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a mill operator in the steel pipe industry.
• Soft Skills :
• Strong attention to detail and precision in mill operation.
• Problem-solving skills to address equipment or process issues promptly.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
