: Graphic DesignerAbout Miles Education : - Miles Education, the Flag-bearer of Accountants, is committed to empowering accountants globally, and bridging the gap in skilled professionals worldwide. We are bootstrapped but we\'re expecting fundraising and are a soon-to-be-unicorn ("unicorn")Key responsibilities :- Create captivating and engaging designs for a wide range of projects, including but not limited to websites, social media graphics, digital ads, print ads, brochures, packaging, and promotional materials- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and develop design concepts that meet objectives and align with brand guidelines- Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, and incorporate them into our work to maintain a fresh and modern aesthetic- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance our creative output and overall brand imageRequirements :- Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.- - Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work across different mediums- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout composition- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present effectively and explain design concepts to team members and clients.
