The person will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by effectively communicating with potential customers and promoting our products or services. - Your primary focus will be on engaging and converting leads generated through various channels into satisfied customers.- You will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.- Engage with potential customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to understand their needs and educate them about our products or services. - Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers, addressing any concerns or objections they may have.- Build and maintain relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service and support, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Actively follow up on leads, quotes, and inquiries, maintaining accurate and upto-date records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.- Collaborate with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to optimize lead generation strategies and sales processes.
