Please discuss the detail of the working pattern options for the role with the hiring manager.Introduction:This role will be working as part of a large and complex global HR Transformation programme and will be focussed on managing the transformation of existing text-heavy HR content into engaging, easy to consume and globally accessible content which will be published in ServiceNow. You will work with multiple stakeholders to manage and oversee the content transformation from design through to publication and will be responsible for applying rigour and governance around the testing and sign-off of content that will be accessed via multiple channels. What will you be doing?
Responsible for developing and managing a plan of work to transform a range of HR content across all HR Teams into a standardised portfolio of consistent, engaging, easy to consume and access content for use by both HR and non-HR colleagues
Define the approach, governance, and roles and responsibilities, for reviewing and testing transformed content before it published in ServiceNow
Develop a process to ensure effective version control management and sign-off
Responsible for QA of new content design and creation and ensure alignment to the overall content management strategy
Work with the content owners to ensure existing content is removed from existing sources once in parallel to publishing transformed content in ServiceNow so that ServiceNow becomes the primary source for all written content and assets accessed by HR and non-HR colleagues
Review all standard and automated notifications issued from Workday and identify where they need to be updated to reflect the agreed tone as set out by the Content Strategist
Provide robust content transformation status reporting for key stakeholders and programme forums
Ensure that all content transformation status reporting is accurate, informative and timely
Monitor actual content transformation against overall project and take remedial actions

Proven experience building digital media content and experiences in an agile environment
Able to act speedily, decisively, and flexibly, using sound judgment to deliver engaging conversational content with pace and precision
