If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Migration- ETL Tech Lead to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).Role TitleTechnical Lead (ETL)Provides architectural direction, technical expertise and thought leadership to implement and manage the migration of data from the source systems to the destination system software/applications.We\'re looking for someone who:

• Has expertise in ETL Architecture, Development, Enhancement, Maintenance, Data Modelling, Reporting including Business requirement.
• Has expertise in Developing Mappings, Define Workflows and Tasks.
• Set / Implement ETL / Java / Python development standards (Coding Standards, Code Reviews, Test-Drive Development) for the Program and other Development initiatives.
• Is Experienced Tech Lead managing a team of developers on project delivery. Not looking for line management but must be delivery focused.
• Can create technical documents for ETL and Java/Python developments using Visio, PowerPoint and other MS Office package.
• Has ability to analysis malfunctioning of any code developed around provided design and rectify it along with development team.
• Break up the work into task list and estimate based on simple, medium and complex methodology.
• Has ability to create high level & low level ETL flow design, involved in detailed technical design and provide functional/technical KT to developers and QA.
• Manage tasks and deadlines for ETL developer teams both Onsite and Offshore.
• Understand the lending domain and processes around it.
• Participate in Scrum Sprints as the ETL Technical Lead.

You will need to show us that you can:

• Work with IT and/or business personnel on adjustments required to their processes (bundles of queries) including potentially to the application or tool which triggers the process(es).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate key technical issues, risks and challenges.
• Manage Team of developers effectively without any escalations.
• Take wholesome responsibility of any development tasks and own it until it materializes.
