• Experienced senior resource with proven Data and Solution Architecture/Design background having worked in telco industry
• Ability to provide functional leadership and direction to design and delivery teams
• Deep appreciation of business, organization & customers, with demonstrable ability to translate technical challenges into business narrative or vice versa.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills to effectively translate problems and sophisticated concepts into easily understandable language
• Proven expertise with preparing effective impactful presentations and lead conversations in workshops to achieve outcome with representatives from different business areas
• Self-motivated leader to own and drive quality assured delivery of team deliverables with accountability of Solution Design
• Ability to manage various senior stakeholders across different business functions
• Ideally to have telco / CCS experience but not mandatory for an individual with right potential
