This should include information on where the company is at currently as well as where the company is headed in the future, and be responsible for optimising the revenue funnel. This is where the roles of customer growth, acquisition, retention, and upsell are going to be critical.

Responsibilities:
- Working as a leader to define and plan the goals and opportunities.
- Developing analysis reports on the project to track the progress.
- Conducting thorough market research and using the relevant data for decisions.
- Identifying new potential opportunities that run parallel with the business goals.
- Defining new tactics and projects that can generate new leads for the business.
- Create business strategies to boost the investment portfolio during acquisitions and mergers.
- Identifying the trendsetter that is currently trending in the industry.
- To develop good relationships with former and active customers to generate more sales.
- Collaborating with the marketing and product development team to enhance the results.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Strategy and Growth Manager
- Has good knowledge on sourcing and negotiations.
- MBA in Marketing from top tier colleges.
- Has worked with D2C Brands.
