Job Description
Title: US IT Recruiter Location: White House Building, 105 Block 2.,Begumpet, Hyderabad Timing: EST : Skills Required: Minimum 3 to 6 years experience. In-depth understanding of Latest Technologies including Data Analytics, Big Data, Cloud Transformation, Data and Network Security. Full cycle technical recruiting: Conduct intake meetings with our Account managers, evaluate talent, coordinate interviews, extend offers and ensure timely completion of background check/drug screening. Develop a sourcing plan with deliverables, timelines, and tracking process with measurable metrics. Build and maintain an ongoing pipeline of potential candidates by identifying prospects through direct sourcing, web sourcing, networking, social media, user groups, research, referrals and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipeline.
